Forza Horizon 5: Rally Adventure - Buildings and Textures

On Forza Horizon 5s latest DLC, Rally Adventure, as well as managing the Assets Team, I got to spend some time creating a warehouse asset (using an existing asset in our database as a base) and I made several materials myself from scratch.

This was a nice opportunity for me to put some love into material creation and large scale texture variation on the building, which I find especially enjoyable.
